Founded in 2051 B.S. as a branch of Balkumari College, Narayangarh, SSC became an independent institution in 2054 B.S. under Tribhuvan University (TU). Since its establishment, the college has been a pioneer in promoting higher education in rural areas, enabling students to pursue Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at an affordable cost.
